We had a nursery E-Design client who wanted a modern nursery design with grays, black and white and touches of green. Their home was very modern and had a lot of black and white already, and the walls were mostly gray. They wanted to keep that look in the nursery so the whole house would flow!

The client already owned the white acrylic crib and white bookcase, and they wanted to bump up the contrast with a black dresser. They already had the black ceiling fan as well, so it was a natural design direction. We pulled in some more black in other parts of the room as well so it felt balanced.
You may notice that there are two side tables in this nursery. The client wanted to have a side table by the glider, and another side table next to the crib for their sound machine and humidifier. If you have the space, this is a great idea!
We filled out the space with some patterned black and white curtains, some green details and nature themed artwork. The space feels modern but also fun!
