Neutral Safari Nursery

This neutral safari nursery was designed for a client in Los Angeles, CA. The home was mostly transitional with some modern touches, and my clients wanted the nursery to fit the overall style of their home. They knew they wanted the nursery design that included lots of animals, and were open to the idea of whole-room wallpaper.

We went with a very neutral color scheme so the nursery had a calm and serene feel. We used multiple wood tones, ivory, gray and cream, and accented with plants to add greenery.
A soft safari animal wallpaper adorns all the walls of this space, adding pattern and whimsy. The nursery furniture is a bit more rustic, but is still very versatile. The glider is on the modern side, but very cozy!
Adorable baby animals are featured in the artwork over the crib, as well as a few other decor pieces around the room.
