Last year was the year of Virtual E-Designs! We booked more projects than ever and it was so wonderful to get to work with so many new clients. We took a bit of a hiatus in December to regroup and we’re back in full force now for January 2024.
We completed the boy’s nursery design below for an E-Design client in 2023 and she recently shared the professional photos with us. The room turned out amazing!

This client wanted a blue and white nursery for her baby boy with sophisticated touches, warm textures and some accent wallpaper. She was interested in more of a textured wallpaper over a pattern, and she loved this blue grasscloth. We didn’t want to go too “baby” blue in here, so the slight slate hue/sky hue works beautifully.

Since the crib and glider are white, we wanted to warm up the space with a mis-matched changing table. The dresser has more of a light warm gray look and also has a gorgeous wood grain. Since the dresser wall is white, this color and texture help to break things up.
This client wanted to use the Nanit baby monitor which needs to be installed directly over the crib, so we suggested that any artwork be a pair (so the monitor cover and go in between). This is actually a common issue with nursery design since we factor in baby monitors in every nursery we design! The artwork over the crib is also fitted with plexiglass instead of real glass and heavily secured.

The rug in this nursery is actually a really pretty light slate blue in person and adds a little more color to the room. We filled in the design with lots of little details like the striped ottoman, white car, gold floor lamp, white fluted side table and textured accent rug. We just love seeing how clients put their E-Designs together!
